This program provides candidates with coaching, training, mentorship, real-world work experiences, connections with global employers who are hiring remotely, and support navigating the hiring process to help you land a great remote job.

As you succeed in this program, you will rapidly develop high-demand skills, gain real-world work experience, earn introductions with global employers, and secure a remote job in a high-growth career field. This is an unpaid position that is designed to provide you with the support you need to accelerate your access to global employment with a competitive salary without having to leave the island.

As a Startwise pro, you are responsible for building skills and earning employment with the support from Startwise. Responsibilities include...

• Taking charge of your own learning
• Collaborating with remote teammates
• Working with remote work tools and software
• Earning the right job for you
• Navigating interview and hiring processes
• Pursuing a career specialization in data, marketing, sales, or customer success

Requirements

We do not filter for degrees or years of experience in a specific field. Instead, we look for mindset, skillset, and how quickly you learn. To be eligible for this program, you should meet the following requirements:

• Availability to commit full time to building skills and connecting with employers
• Interest in getting a remote job with a US company
• Comfort using a laptop and learning new software
• The capacity to learn quickly when given guidance and feedback
• A proactive and constructive approach to collaborating with others
• A good command of the english language, both written and spoken
• Eagerness to take responsibility for utilizing Startwise support to earn your next job
